In accordance with standard consumer protection, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, starting from the day after you receive your goods.
- Change of Mind: Even if you simply change your mind, you are welcome to return the item.
- Condition: The goods must be returned at your own cost, Unused, and 100% complete. This includes all original packaging, manuals, and undamaged gift boxes as received.
- Exclusions: Please note that custom-built items (such as Safes) or personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.
Quality Guarantee & Damages
We take great pride in the quality of our products. All items are expected to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and exactly as described.
- Inspection: Please inspect your delivery immediately. Any quality issues, faults, or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or damaged, we will be responsible for the return costs. Important: Please contact us for specific return instructions first. We do not refund postage costs if you choose to return the item yourself without our prior authorization.
Exclusions & Fees
- Shipping Fees: We do not refund upgraded or premium shipping fees.
- Late Returns: Please do not return items outside of the 30-day period, as they will not be eligible for a refund.
