Order Cancellation & 30-Day Returns
- Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day return policy (exceeding the standard 14-day requirement). If you change your mind, you can return the item at your own cost within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in 100% original packaging (including gift boxes and manuals).
- Non-Returnable: Custom-built safes or personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Please inspect your delivery immediately. Any damage or faults must be reported via email within 48 hours.
- In the event of a quality issue, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange a collection. We do not refund postage if you choose to return the item yourself without our label.
Warranty & Service (Return to Base)
- As an authorized dealer, we provide a Return to Base warranty. Outside the initial 30-day period, if your winder needs service, you will need to ship it back to us at your expense.
